The Fairest of Valeera

The Fairest of Valeera is a fantasy series about a young well-known thief with purple eyes who discovers that she is the most powerful person in the realm in the worst way possible. She is a Fairest which is a position anointed and prophesied to be a Ruler over royals, a keeper of magic, and a Seer. Of course that comes with unwanted responsibilities, new magical powers, and unexpected acquaintances. When she accidentally releases a dark ancient magic into the realm, it is up to her to save everyone from an impending doom of corruption.

Arose later in Valeeran history and are now most of the population of Valeera. They have no ancient magic in their blood.

ELVES

Were of the original beings created. They are prideful and conservative to assure the preservation of their kind. No one likes them.

DWARVES

Lesser in population yet still thrive to uphold the loyalty and fierceness of their ancient ancestry. They are silent hard workers but they never back down from a fight.

NYMPHS/SPRIITS

Shrinking in population due to the lack of males being born. They are not to be crossed. They stay amongst themselves unless they have a mission worth fighting for.

ANCIENT BEINGS

DRAGONS/RULAERS

One of the original beings created who were born with the gift of mind-bending and eyes of gold. After a dark internal corruption, their kind gradually went extinct.

MANKIINEANS

Apart of the original creation, these people were born with silver eyes and hair and held the gift of heart-bending. They were known to be strongly connected to magic and were anointed seers.

GIANTS

Also apart of the original creation, they were born with green eyes and hair and grew to massive heights. They are not entirely extinct for their massive height and large bodies are present in some of their descendants. However, presently, they do not grow over 7 feet.

They are people born with powerful gifts. They are called Mysticals but really they are descendants of the ancient beings: Mankiineans, Elves, Nymphs, Giants, Dragons, and Dwarves. The six types of Soothers have different names that identifies their gifts.

MINTSTERS

Beings cursed by Hamino, the god of Valeera, who voluntarily drunk obsidian tea. Obsidian is the most dangerous gemstone in Valeera and is known to corrupt anyone who deals with it.
